What email service is worth it to pay the 19.99 a yr.?
None of them! There are tons of good e-mail providers online with great features that are completely free! Gmail and yahoo are good, i know from experience. Gmail has lots of features and fast service, and yahoo has great Spam guard

You get plenty of storage. And works good with Google Apps if you ever feel like trying those out at a later time.
