Which email service lets u see how much of a attachment has been uploaded?

i mean it shows a bar how much a attachment has been uploaded like 10% 20%..yahoo and hotmail didnt have one..and it gets kinda annoying when u dont seem to know how much time is left to upload....got any suggestions?
