Why is customer service taking a week to fix my email delivery?

I have received no email for a week. Sent daily messages to customer service, get back nice reply that "we're working on it". Is this happening to a lot of others?

Yahoo has been working on the servers, upgrading and maintenance, causing them to go off line, seems to be affecting many accounts now. You can access your mail here for now, it's basic, but it works. http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail Or: http://de.m.yahoo.com/p/mail

Reply:I also haven't been able to access my email account for 2 weeks. What the heck is REALLY going on?? It comes up as ERROR CODE 2. When I fill out the customer service complaint, it doesn't go through. In the past when this happened, the box was full of old mail already read. links not working!! Report Abuse
