If you want to do an email form you will need some scripting and the server the page resides on must have a outbound mail service. (most do)

Reply:Unless site already has "instant contact' type of option, it isn't going to happen. Plus, you will not be able add options via html on someone elses site. (to view sites html setup, go to view, click on source %26amp; it will display html setup for that page. (go to Yahoo homepage for a free email account.)
