We use yo be with an email service called chipshot?

and now we're with SWB. How do I remove all things from my computer about chipshot. A lot of times when I try to email the support system for help it will still try to go through this acct and course denies it. Also on my computer an alert keeps coming up when I go to a site that says it is trying to open this site under pn1adsaver.yahoo.comm, also how do I remove that, it is very annoying.

Firstly you should uninstall any software related to chipshot if any. Secondly you need to change the pop and smtp server addresses (you do that in the Account settings of your e-mail client). Ask SWB for assistance on how to do that.
