I can not add attachments through my email and no customer service rep can help me?

for 3 months this has been going on and now we are in May 2009. i can't get to a supervisor or the VP- I can't get a name or get them to give me credit for the money I pay for Yahoo plus. why?

You need to dispute the charge through your credit card company. They won't ignore that!
