How long to you think is acceptable for a company you pay for a service to respond to your email?

After 24 hours is it acceptable to forward it again?

How long to you think is acceptable for a company you pay for a service to respond to your email?
Within 24 hours. If not, I would be calling shortly.
Reply:Depends on if its urgent but either way you'd expect a response within 24 hours definately - that's plenty of time. Heck if I don't reply within the hour I get harassed! (shipping industry)


Call them up and ensure they got your email and ask when they will be able to respond (if not immediately)
Reply:Try and find a phone number. That demands immediate response.
