How do I contact Yahoo about up-grading email service - dn get a confirmation after I ponied up!?

I'm finding it very difficult to find the links to Yahoo to do the simplest things - example - I up-graded my email service, was promised a confirmation message in 15 min., none arrived. How do I contact Yahoo to find out what happened.

Yahoo! has different customer care centres for different facilities like messenger customer care, 360 customer care, mail customer care etc. Which customer care u want to contact?

Reply:Your question was posted 3 hours ago. Perhaps you've received your confirmation by now. Yahoo doesn't "promise" to send something in 15 minutes. It said "You should receive a confirmation within 15 minutes." The time is an approximation. Sometimes mail gets tied up in the server in a "traffic jam."





If you click the "My Account" link at the top of your mail page, sign in, then click "Manage My Premium Services," if your premium mail service is listed there, it should be functional.
