How to retrieve old attachements larger than 10 MB received before buying the email plus service?

I received a 13MB attachment in my email. I had the basic free email service and I could not open the attachment. So I decided to buy the plus version of the yahoo mail that allows attachments of 20MB so that I could retrieve this problematic 13MB package. Unfortunatelly after paying nothing changed - I still cannot download the whole attachment but just only the 10MB of it. How to solve this problem. Please help.

You might try contacting the person who sent you the email and have them resend it. I'm not sure if Yahoo cuts it off as it comes in so you only get the 10mb, so it may not be available on Yahoo's servers. Good Luck.
