My services were interrupted with SBC for about 3 days. I lost my email addresses...How I get them back?

I lost my email addresses. SBC had combined my Yahoo addresses and my services were interrupted for only 3 days and now I do not know where my email have gone that I have collected for the past 4 years. It's critical that I get them back! How can I get my email back?
