Is there a customer service email address for yahoo? and what is it?

i'm a us army soldier currently in iraq. i have internet access in my room and signed up for the yahoo voice-in-out. well, it's been 3 months and it's not activated yet but i do get charged for it every month. i can't find any customer service email addresses to see what's going on. i'd like to be able to talk to my wife and kids back home. that's the main reason i got the messanger w/ voice phone.

Is there a customer service email address for yahoo? and what is it?
