Why does Yahoo think having its email system down for three days is good customer service?

From the looks of the Q%26amp;A board, everyone from California to Scotland is having a problem - do you think they notice? Hard to tell from the complete non-response to the problem. Good job Yahoo.

Laying off all these people won't make it any better either.
