I have gone to ebay help, and I get a form, but it is tricky. The sales item number is a bait and switch. What it says on the advertisement is not what I get.

On the main page of Ebay.com is a link in the upper right corner for "Live Help". Though they cannot give you advice, they can direct you to the right form and help you to get it sent.
Reply:If you already bought something and if you used PayPal they will help you get your money back. You can make a complaint to Ebay but good luck

To report a known counterfeit item, go into any ebay item page, go to the bottom and click on the "Security Center" Link





Then, choose "Report another problem"
