Hi there, I have a number for you to try and call, please call 1300 -88 -1899, but mind you please my friend the call machine will direct you here and there, well happy trying and hope someone at the other end will respond to your needs, and my advised is that if you wrote to them normally it will be days for them to write and answers what you needed, so just call them or get back to your AIA agent, have a good day and may GOD bless you
